Self-esteem is a term used in psychology to reflect a person's overall evaluation or appraisal of his or her own worth.now just think that ur a positive person, u r king of this world, imagine vividly what u wud do.
u know what ur self esteem just increased temporarily.
 how does  a person evaluate himself, by comparing with others.u get feedback from ppl around you.one sweet girl says u r wonderful and u just r in 7 th heaven.ur self esteem has increased.
now consider this if someone blames u, u evaluate ur self this time negatively..self esteem collapses.
just try to b more balanced.focus. i am a good positive person with high self esteem. even repeating this line 20 times daily in a silent place helps. i approve of it.
  but u know what best , i shud say bestest way  to increase ur self esteem is to help a person u know is in no condition to return ur favour , be it giving ur maid some monetary assistance, or that roadside kid sum good food.money to a begger i detest from giving coz it is spent almost for wrong things. best help a child study, to live.cry is organisation which help a child grow,u can take on sum childs education expense for a year.
  this really helps to increase ur self esteem.

secret of sucess in life

A young man asked Socrates the secret of Success. Socrates told the young man to meet him near the river the next morning. They met.

Socrates asked the young man to walk with him towards the river.

When the water got up to their neck, Socrates took the young man by surprise and ducked him into the water. The man struggled to get out but Socrates was strong and kept him there until he started turning blue.

The young man struggled hard and finally managed to get out and the first thing he did was to gasp and take deep breath. Socrates asked 'What you wanted the most when you were there?' The man replied 'Air'.

Socrates said 'that's the most secret to success. When you want success as badly as you wanted air, you will get it. There is no other secret'.
